This website is operated by J.G. Braticius ("I", "me"). This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use this site or make a purchase, and how it is handled.
What data is collected
When you make a purchase through Stripe Checkout, the following information is collected: your name, email address, and shipping address. This data is used solely to fulfill your order. Payment card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout page. This site never receives, processes, or stores your card information.
Third-party services
Three third-party services process data on my behalf:
- Stripe processes payments and collects your billing and shipping information. Their privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
- Resend delivers order confirmation emails. It receives only the email address and order details necessary to send the email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics. No personal data is collected through analytics, and no tracking occurs across websites.
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies.
Data retention
Your name, email, and shipping address are retained only as long as needed to fulfill your order. Stripe retains transaction records according to their own retention policy.
Your rights
If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data under GDPR. To make a request, email info@monochrome-photography.com. I will respond within 30 days.
International data transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence by Stripe, Resend, and Cloudflare, all of which are based in the United States. Each operates under appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
